Delightful. I dropped into this place on my way to OC and was pleased to find the ratings were right. Creative dishes, wonderfully attentive and courteous staff, and nested into a quaint main-street.
Best restaurant in Easton area. Brick oven pizzas as well as wonderful specials that show off the chefs talent and local foods.

Out of the Fire was an unexpected joy. We stopped after a meeting and had the most delicious meal. The Mezze was splendid, the fried cauliflower light and delicious and the steak could not have been more tender and flavorful. Better yet, it was all gluten free! Wait staff was full if charming folks as well.
