I would say everything was absolutely great EXCEPT the fact that there was a holding fee of $200 that I knew nothing off until it was time to pay. The representative told me making the reservation online won't tell you about the $200 holding fee. To me that was a little bogus, its 2017 everybody does stuff online, you would think there would be a fine print or something letting you know about a holding fee. I definitely don't have a problem with paying for it, I just prefer to know how much I'm going to have to pay for something before hand. Other than that issue my experience was great. I would definitely use enterprise in the future!
Will definitely rent from them again. Friendly staff, short wait. Not entirely crazy about the car though a matter of personal preference, but it is a rental and it was an upgrade as they did not have the class of car I needed. I really was actually a very nice care.
Easy process. Reserved online using a great weekend rate code. Was able to upgrade at no charge based on their available inventory. When I dropped my rental back off, they were quick to drive me back to the dealership to pick my car up in the shop. No complaints.

Staff is always excellent! They pick you up, this mattered to us because we had no way to get there! Wonderful business! The best !
