Compassionate, friendly and extremely accommodating dental provider! My family has seen Dr. Nave on multiple occasions and he has always been warm and friendly, upfront and honest about our treatments. Don't be deterred by the negative review, patients are RESPONSIBLE for knowing their insurance benefits and have the responsibility to pay for services that are rendered and you are always notified by your insurance company of your co-payment/non-covered services. You don't buy groceries at the store and say, "I'll pay you what I want later (or not at all).
Dr. Nave provided great care and was very professional. I usually hate going to the dentist but enjoyed my time with Dr. Nave and plan on returning.
I must say, the staff at my office are top-notch; they are courteous, polite and professional. Each member is highly experienced in their field, and provides top-quality service to our patients. The relationship between staff and patients feels very much like that of family, as we both share life and go through life together. Excellent and professional dentist! I have been going to Dr. Nave for a few years now and could not be more pleased with the care I receive when I visit. Dr. Nave is very knowledgeable and always explains procedures before getting started so that I know what to expect, financially and comfort-wise. He is always gentle and sensitive to any concerns I have and I have recommended him to many of my friends and family!
I have found Dr. Nave to be professional, competent, and extremely kind. As someone who has anxiety about needles and medical procedures, I appreciate that Dr. Nave talks me through everything he is doing as he's doing it. His staff is also incredibly warm and does a great job with cleaning my teeth.
We certainly try our best to estimate insurance coverage before procedures are performed, based on plan information that patients provide us. However, due to the nature of the insurance world, companies and even individual plans will sometimes change their benefits without notice. Procedures which were covered entirely in the past may now be only “partially covered”, leaving us in the dark as to exact dollar amounts. Occasionally, even after an insurance payment is received, a balance can remain. Still, we give our best possible ESTIMATE of coverage before starting a procedure.
