Over priced on alot of stuff and 20min to 30min wait to wrap 12 flowers

Outstanding job went above and beyond
We needed a bouquet for the bride to carry. We were traveling in from out of town so really this was a shot in the dark....BUT we were so pleased the the arrangement. It was fresh & lasted several days. Beautiful shop & they do excellent work.
Within the first one minute of my call, I was put on hold 3 times. Each person that answered sounded annoyed that they were answering the phone. The person that I finally was able to give my order to, didn't start out very well. She sounded annoyed, not sure what was going on at this florist this morning. She didn't sound like she even wanted to take my order & wasn't very helpful when I was asking questions about the flowers they had to offer. By the end of the phone call, she seemed much nicer, but I guess that was because she knew the phone call was almost over! This was my first time dealing with this florist & the last. I don't think that I will be calling this florist back for any other orders that I may have.
