Theresa has convinced me that must be the intention of the owner(s). Theresa is the worst customer relations case study, a person who should never be trusted with another customer.

This organization has shining examples of customer service in few of its employees (a young lady at the counter, and the service manager, George); however, the other few (some of the work crew on site, and ESPECIALLY THERESA in the office) with whom I had the displeasure of dealings.
Theresa, in particular, is so horrible, it takes willing suspension of disbelief to think that its owner(s) have them on his/her payroll. Do you actively want to turn your clients away from being a repeat customer?
I apologize to other employees who have been exemplary in every way, but I can't repeat this experience again next year.
