If I could I would rate this place a zero out of five stars. You probably would get better care and treatment for your loved ones in a third world country than this place.
When I found out I was pregnant it was a little hard to find someplace that I trusted as well as felt care about my unborn child's well being. I can honestly say that this practice cares about what they're doing and Dr. Samuels is phenomenal she answered all my first time Mom questions as well as some that I hadn't even thought of. I did have an unpleasant visit twice with a Mrs.Abbott. Which I started to switch practices because of but then my next visit I had Dr. Samuels and she changed my mind.
Dr. Abed is absolutely amazing. I am beyond grateful for her caring and understanding manner. I have and will continue faith and trust with her and her staff. I couldn't ask for a more wonderful gynecologist.
Dr. Samuels performed emergency surgery on my daughter on July 16, 2017. Dr. Samuels was very helpful and patient with my daughter as she was only 17 and having to go thru surgery. Dr. Samuels answered all her questions as well as mine. I can't thank her enough.
One of the Doctors is rude as hell and would shadow you at the front desk to make sure you wouldn't request another doctor.
They never can seem to remember your appointment dates or payments you've made even with the computer right in front of them
It seems as if the staff is scared of their own shadows when it comes to making determinations on the health of the mother or the child. They send you for multiple test over and over again only to tell you the samething from the first test.
Worst service ever it's like the staff forgets your in the office. It doesn't matter if your in the waiting or the exam room. On multiple occasions we were in the office 3 to 4 hours on multiple visits for what were suppose to be routine checkups. Try explaining that to your boss if your job doesn't have flexible scheduling.
Been seeing Dr. O'Brian for a few years now and have been happy with every visit. He is patient and explains things in a manner I can understand. The office staff is wounderful and helpful as well
