Went into Richard's office yesterday and I was so impressed with Richard and his team! They couldn't do enough to help me with my auto policy. Not only did they take the time with me to review my coverage's which I didn't fully understand, they didn't even mind that I sat there for over an hour going thru these policies. I felt like family instead of just another client.

VERY pleased with State Farm and Mr. Phillips and his staff!! A real family atmosphere where regardless if you have just a car policy or 15 policies, they know who you are and your concerns are just as important as anyone elses!! Although only with them a year, I can call in or stop by and not just make a payment, but be asked how the kids are doing in school or my recent vacation. The personal touch seems to be lost these days -- but real people and dedication can still be found with State Farm & the Philllips Agency! THANK YOU!!!
Will refer friends! Richard and his staff took care of all my insurance questions and were very attentive. The office is convenient to get to and you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Couldn't ask for more caring people who truly want to help you with your insurance. Seems "Good Neighbor Service" does exist.
I can't believe the service - unbelievably fake. The owner, Richard, could barely speak up nor could be look you in the eyes. It was very deceitful. I happened to be in on a day where it looked as though they were interviewing, then later found out that he strung SEVERAL people along allowing them to think they had a chance for a job but failed to contact any of them. Very disappointing. I will stick with Hartford York for all my insurance needs.
