The technicians were friendly and helpful. They explained the process thoroughly and then cleaned the carpet, I had pet stains that I had worked on several times and they came up quickly and the carpet looked like new. Did I mention I have 3 labradors who love to run in the woods? They were professional and quick. I appreciated their work and I was very satisfied with the result.
The technicians were amazing and did a beautiful job. They took extra care of the antique furniture and went out of there way to perform extra treatments on a long set stain. The cost was very reasonable and they were able to complete the job in such time that work was not disrupted! Vance, was very responsive and such a pleasure to work with!

Arrived right on schedule, cleaned the carpet and some of the furniture in my elderly parents' home and some of their carpets and furniture are very old and were very dirty, i.e. never been professionally cleaned. The technician was very professional and explained everything, including cost and the possibility that he could not get out all of the stains since they were more than a year old; however everything came out fabulous. He spent at least 2 hours +, very meticulous. Very pleased with this company!!
