Very helpful employees and way better atmosphere than Glen Burnie or Annapolis
Took my son in today to get his learners and the lady helping us was extremely rude. What is it. On the application it says are u very rude you check yes and you are hired. We walked out. We will go to Annapolis next week.
The bald black guy rushed me while taking my drivers test, very rude, and unclear of directions. Used smart remarks, and just wanted to leave because I was the last appointment of the day.
Been there 4 times for the same thing, each time I required something new that was never mentioned before. Even the documents I used to authenticate the second time that were on file I was told wouldn't work the fourth time I came back in. The last lady that helped me, some red headed lady with blue eyes, was not rude to me necessarily, but complaining about things and people there the whole time and even trash talked another employee that previously helped me (and was nice actually). This negative attitude went on the whole time until the very last minute after my picture and everything was done, and I had already signed for my ID and had my CC out, then all of a sudden she became extremely professional and smiled the small remainder of my time and seemed overly pleased to tell me that DE had put out a request for a DIP and she was not going to be able to help me today, printed me some continuation receipt and told me to have a nice day. I wanted to pop her in her face so bad, but you know.. laws.
