Always attentive and caring. We've been taking our dogs there for 15 years. All the Dr's are fantastic but we especially love Dr. Chad.
This week Harley had to have surgery, actually three procedures, all done at the same time. Chad, again was doing all three and the folks at Community had given me a low and high price range depending on how things went. At 1PM Chad called to say that everything had gone smoothly but because Harley was so groggy he really wanted to keep her overnight to make sure she went through recovery okay. Oh oh, there goes the budget, but when it's your constant companion you know you'll find a way. So this morning I go to pick her up and ask what the damage is --- and they all most had to get a chair for me, it was less than the LOW estimate I'd been quoted!
We have been taking out animals to Community Vet for 15 years. They have always treated us and our pets as family. The doctors have always guided us to the best care for our pets and provided them with the best care.
Friendly and courteous staff. Knowledgeable doctors and techs.
A final word about service. When your dog is sick at 1AM the last thing you want to hear is "our normal business hours are.....". Not at Community Animal Hospital. No matter what time, day, night or holiday, if it's an emergency someone will be available for you.
This, I believe, is the second review I've posted. I lost Fred last Thanksgiving and Chad and the folks at Community were just great.
There is not enough space in this review to list all the good things about Community Animal Hospital and the staff. Awesome is the first word that comes to mind. Dr Chad and the other staff have helped ups in the best of times and in tragic times. Each visit is a comfortable and uplifting experience. They are great to us. Thank you to all.
