Would not let me withdrawal and close my account without a debt card? If I'm not mistaken, a debit card is used as an ATM card and to make purchases. I was at the bank with my Photo ID and account number. Nothing... Screw you, Bank of America and your stupid bureaucracy.

Don't ever try to call this bank and get a real person to talk with.
This bank is horrible don't open an account there unless you want your card to get locked all the time for suspicious activities and getting over drawing notices that make no sense and transactions on app don't update so you won't know what you have regardless if it's there or not
Two staff members helped me very quickly and kindly setting up my debit card and I was really pleased.
