So I called to talk to the manger and was told she is on the phone could I wait. I said no problem. 20 mins later she comes back and says sorry the manager stepped out for lunch!!!

BB&T is the worst bank ever. My wife made a cash deposit 45 mins after the 6 pm deadline and they credited the deposit BUT still charged a $36 fee. I called and was told that the computer makes the decision not staff!!!!
