A great experience at Toyota Easton. I'd like to especially thank Alec Snyder who took care of me as we searched for the Tacoma pickup right for me. The support staff was also informed of the prior decisions made regarding the vehicle features and price point negotiation decisions previously agreed to. This eliminated a lot of stress of having to re-negotiate with new folks as they were brought into the process. I will definitely return to Toyota Easton in the future.

Al, our sales person, went above and beyond to make our car purchase experience run as smoothly as possible. We purchased 2 cars from Koons Toyota of Easton and it couldn't have been possible without the help of Al. Marcus, the sales manager, was also very friendly and offered excellent customer service. The most friendly sales manager we have ever met. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Staff is excellent, lot is decently arranged. Unfortunately, I was unable to work a deal. I got a vibe of dishonesty and greed from the Manager. He definitely gave off the "Used Car Salesmen" aura. I drove 100 miles (round-trip) prepared to make a cash purchase on a used vehicle and walked away over $300. He said I wouldn't 't find another at that price point, but two months later I found one with lower miles and a better price. The Internet is the great equalizer. Happy motoring!
This is how car buying should be! I had been looking for a particular vehicle for weeks and finally found on the (super helpful and accurate) Koons website that Koons Easton Toyota had it. I called in and was directly passed through to Chris Powell, the sales manager. I ran through a few numbers and expectations with Chris who understood exactly what needed to be done to get the deal closed. We were able to come into the dealership a few days later at 8pm. They close at 9pm but we never felt like we were inconveniencing them!
When we pulled up, the vehicle that we were looking at was cleaned up and shiny waiting for us. Chris Willis was the sales rep that walked us through the vehicle. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable! After another brief test drive, we were in/out in 90 minutes. Heather in financing made that part a breeze and explained each warranty and financing option thoroughly. Even late into the evening, the team at Koons Easton remained upbeat and professional and we were so very thankful for their time!
