My experience with Chance's was a breath of fresh air! They were very personable, professional, and passionate about helping me as a customer. Also, they were up-front and honest about the work that I asked them do - and they even contacted me prior to making the repair to ensure that I was okay with their estimate (this is something most other repair shops never do). At first I thought I was taking my car to a nice local family shop. However, I soon found otherwise. I scheduled to have my 2013 charger MD inspected as I new from the beginning it didn't need much as I purchased it new and it was well maintained by me. After there inspection they informed me that it failed do to the window tint and steering wheel cover, OK no problem, they told me when it is off the car just to bring it back no need to schedule we don't have to put it on the lift we can visually see that. Awesome... well at the same time I was waiting for my clear title back to take to MVA and do it all at one shot. SO, 32 days later and literally 12 miles put on car I took it back they told me I had 30 days to bring it back otherwise I had to have it re-inspected, After contacting the MVA and questioning that they informed me that if it does NOT need mechanical work they do NOT have to re-inspect it. after confronting them they said its our choice, Well I figured while I am there just schedule me back in, as I would have to take it and be charged anyways as they did and charged me another 96.00 they passed it, first of all they should have told me 30 business days or not. as they are closed on Sundays and that would have been 30th day, also it goes to question the fact how well there initial inspections are as they had to re-inspect it with only 12 miles put on it after the first one. I was hoping to find a garage I could like and trust and in this case I really doubt they res-inspected the entire car just collected my $ and moved on to the next. See I classify this under GREED, they lost a potentially long term customer over GREED. and I should say that the clue to this shop is right in there name chance you take the chance weather you get good service.
