Needless to say it was a waste of money and time. I told my wife were did you find this guy at? Horrible. Here's a tip, if you have to many cars to do, don't schedule ppl on that same day. It was obvious he already had the money and could care less how my car looked. Don't waste your time, go to someone else and get all around better service.
My wife bought me a gift certificate to get my car fully detailed for my birthday 9/2016. I made an appt and dropped my car off early Saturday morning. I dropped my car off to the owner who seemed way to busy to spend 5 min to explain anything about the process of what he was going to clean etc. he said all of 10-12 words to me. "It will be ready in a couple hours I have other cars."

I had to call in the afternoon, as no one ever got back to me to tell me my vehicle was ready. I picked my car up and thanked him. Got in my car and it looked almost completely the same. Dirt smudges in the same spot on the fabric of the ceiling, door jams dirty, visors not touched, even dust on the main gauge display glass. Also, there was noticeable small grass and dirt pieces on the carpet in the whole car. It looked as if someone just wiped the car down with a damp cloth and that was it!
My car was already fairly clean, just normal wear and tear from not having it professionally cleaned in a while.
