They do okay, but i can do better washing and waxing my car. I think it depends on who does your car.
We were given a Free Car Wash after workers carelessly left our car window down after being vacuumed. Upon hearing of the death of The Owner we felt apprehensive about taking the Free Pass into this former good business out of respect. We called today about using the certificate. "We have new Owners. Our new Owners will NOT honor anything from before" said the young lady who took my call. Well guess what? We will NEVER do business with Wet Dog again. All of their good employees now work 1/2 mile away at Car Pool. 1 Act of kindness, understanding, and good will could have meant 20 years of business. Wet Dogs always stink now don't they. New Owners? It will be my pleasure not to meet them.
They do the most thorough cleaning of your vehicle than any carwash in the area, I only wish they sold accessories like air fresheners, mats, wax, polish and other types of car care items.

Terrible car wash! Locked the keys in my car and had to wait an hour to just get it washed! No words can explain on how run down this ownership is! Would not want to come to this place again! Just saying.
