Only one star because zero isn't an option. Horrible customer service, can't commit to a day let alone a window of time. They want to call two days in advance and tell you when they think they might come by. I don't know of many working people that can schedule time off within two days notice. So spoke to supervisor who was even more curt and told me all the reasons why they couldn't commit, more information than anyone needs. $300 plus to open a pool and they can't give me a time. Crazy.
Terrible service....I called to get a pool inspection done for a property that we recently purchased. The secretary said they would be out within the week. Three weeks went by so I called back and a different secretary answered the phone. She advised that the first woman I spoke with no longer works for them and that they were not aware of a pool inspection to be completed at our address. She took my info and stated that someone would be out within the week. Apparently a service man did come out but I was not made aware that he came out. I called a week later and Tammy said that they had been out but could not provide any details about the inspection. She said she would get a hold of the service man that did the inspection. Again I didn't hear anything back from Tammy so I called a week later. Tammy still did not have any information from the service man about the inspection. I then went in and picked up my check for $150. At least they didn't cash that. This was extremely poor service and very disappointing. I have been with Sparkle Pools since around 2003 for a different address and expected to be treated a little bit better. I am done with Sparkle Pools.
Wow very very rude person on phone. Acted as if answering a question would kill them. I would never use them for my pool.

State you will receive a call two days before but instead show up unexpectedly after days of rain and then refused to do work because there is water on the cover. We have had our Sparkle pool for 8 seasons. In 8 seasons we have never had any major problems until this year. It did take several phone call, but it's to be expected (it's pool season). Some where helpful, some where not. In the long run the ladies in the Easton Shop have always been knowledgeable and friendly and problem solvers. The owner Ray came by on a unscheduled visit to check things out. We were also given a few hints on keeping costs down on parts and doing maintenance ourselves. Any company who gives hints on saving money is worth doing business with. 8 years later our pool was fixed for under 600.00. Do yourself a favor. When Sparkle shows up get your cell phone out and record some of the things they do, It will help you figure things out when needed, and let's all try to be a bit more patient during pool season.
