We needed 1 Bundle of Blue shingles, to do a patch job on our roof, Internet said they had 1 Bundle of them in stock, Spoke with Nice Guy Stacy on phone he says he doesn't think they have them, BUT he continues to look for them after our conversation was over, He calls me back says HE found them and pulls them for us!. We drove up from Delmar to get them.When we got there on Christmas Eve day they reduced the price for us as they only had 1 Bundle, very impressed with this level of customer service. Merry Christmas to Stacy and crew in lumber in Easton Lowe's.
poor management. inventory online is not accurate. also 3 weeks for next day delivery, 3 cancellations, and the dryer was dented.
Tried to buy a washer. Salesperson at computer said he would be right back. Ten minutes later did not come back. Pressed help button. Three salespeople walked by and never offered to help. Left after waiting another ten minutes. Easton Lowes is bad. We need a home depot so Lowes is not the monopoly in town. Then they might focus on customer service. Management should be fired.
Shopping is good. The veteran discount is not automatic when tied to phone number??? Have been to customer service 3 times it seems to be not working as it should.
Five stars minus. Have always shop at this store. We had the worst Service today. Had to call corporate. Was on the phone waiting for ten minutes . And the lady that asked the phone was great and a lot of help.
