After an extensive and unsuccessful search for a discontinued Craftsman product, I contacted this store by phone as a last resort. Shannon said they did not have the item in stock. A few minutes later, she called me back to report that she had found the item in a different section of the store. She agreed to ship it to me and suggested a convenient way to make that happen. Within a few minutes, the transaction was completed and I should have the item in hand in a few days. I am very appreciative of the fine customer service I received today. Shannon is a good ambassador for Sears and a credit to the Easton Hometown store.
