I visited the Diagnostic Center 3 weeks ago. My service was prompt and the mammogram tech was very professional and thorough. I really enjoyed the decor of the breast center and how much it has improved since last year when it was under construction. I would highly recommend the Diagnostic Center.
Trish, Faith and Coleen in the blood work lab are awesome. Please give them all a raise. My daughter normally requires Doppler to give blood because her veins are all collapsed and damaged. We were both very upset to be referred to the wrong type of lab. Trish and Faith took my daughter in a private room and got her calmed down. After carefully checking all of her veins, they were able to draw blood out of her foot, without the Dopler. Thank u all so much. You showed extreme patience and care, which is hard to find these days.
I just came from a visit to the Diagnostic Center for a mammogram and felt compelled to comment. First, the decor is beautiful! I wish I could find out who did the black & white artwork in the waiting rooms. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was out of there by 9:35. It was a very pleasant experience.
I received services here twice this week and felt very well taken care of. By all of the departments and employees at the center. They were helpful and caring and expedient . I was very satisfied with the service I received and was sorry to read the previous derogatory reviews found here.
This place is the absolute worst. I needed pre-op testing. You cannot make an appointment for an EKG. How sad
That University of Maryland allows this place to run so poorly. No professionalism at all. Its like everyone is just doing what they want with no supervision.
