Great hotel, great price. Customer service was awesome. Breakfast was great. I'd prefer this over one of the "higher end" hotels any day. We didn't get to use it but they have a cute little indoor pool and hot tub. Great little weekend escape. We are looking forward to going back.
We chose this location for our Fall getaway due to the highly positive review of the property. We were not disappointed. From the initial greeting through two nights' stay through checkout, the staff asked about our satisfaction with many aspects of the facilities. The attention to gluten-free breakfast buffet options once they knew we needed them was great. In addition, the background and information about sightseeing and dining in the area was highly accurate. We were even directed to a self-service car wash we could not find by looking on line. We would definitely stay here again when visiting in this area.
This place was amazing. I was quite surprised. There was a young lady named Alison at the front desk who was just welcoming . She was very helpful. The place was gorgeous. Very clean. Great breakfast the next morning. I will definitely be staying again. And recommending it to others.
Excellent HOTEL! Very clean. Staff extremly friendly. Breakfast excellent.Down side i found 3 BED BUGS in my bed. Immediately went to front desk and they changed my room. Still couldnt sleep well but they tried. Will stay again but will be checking my room thoroughly.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Easton. The location was very convenient to downtown Easton and other shopping centers with restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were exceptional - always greeting us when we passed by and very efficient and professional during check-in and check-out. The free breakfast was some of the best we've had in our travels. We'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.
