Staff was friendly, but the bartender took our order. Appetizers came and no napkins, plates or silverware. By the time his attention was obtained, the needed eating essentials arrived and the dinner followed in 3 minutes. My meal of Mac and cheese pasta with chicken tenders. Tasted great, pasta was cool. As not room temperature, meaning refrigerator cool. Had a great taste. After getting the bartenders attention again, the bowl was taken to get warmed. After long enough to cook another meal, came out bowl too hot to handle. Pasta was warm, but not hot. The cheese had separated and was watery in the bottom of the bowl. Ended eating a little and one tender, which was very over cooked.
I really don't like to give a bad review but my dinner tonight at Applebees was horrible. I asked for bread to go with my pasta dish and they were hard as rocks and I'm not kidding. how can you mess up rolls? So then I ask the bartender to try and break the rolls in half, she tried and then looked at me like omg. Needless to say she took them off my bill. Then I asked to try the boneless hot wings. Basically they served me dry chicken tenders, cooked in the microwave
and then sprinkled with a dash of hot sauce and they were disgusting. Needless to say I was very disappointed. On a positive note, the bartender was very nice.
I wish it had a 0 star option. We arrived at Applebee's and were taken to our booth. We had a party of 5. We sat there for at least 15 minutes and we're never approached by a waitress. She finally came over with plates for us and said she would be back. Another 15 minutes went by and she didn't return. I watched her stand at the bar having conversation with other employees. She arrived at the table next to us. After she finished with them she came over to us and said I'm here what do you want. A gentleman from the other table called her back and she snapped "what" at him. At this point we were done and started to leave. Another girl who was filling the sugar packets heard the waitress and what she said. She apologized and offered to get another server for us. I watched her speaking to the manager and he came over to our table. He said what can I do for you? Now he knew what the issue was but acted dumbfounded. We told him the waitress needed to be fired and we were leaving. He said he would get us another server but we were not interested in spending our money there after that experience. This waitress has no customer service etiquette and the manager basically laughed at us like we were making it up, even though another employee witnessed her actions. Sorry Applebee's but you lost our business for good. There are other establishments we can give our money to
Better than average Applebees. Fabulous ribs, Great service. I have eaten here many times and have not been disappointed.
What a complete and utter embarrassment. We sat down for a late dinner, the waitress after 15 minutes put plates on our table and told us she'd be back. After another ten minutes of chatting at the bar, the waitress finally came back and said, "I'm here now, what so you want?" Another waitress actually over heard her, said to us, "oh my God, I'm sorry I think I heard her say that". The manager came over and apologized. Nevertheless, we left. Poor woman lost tip on honestly probably a bar tab that would have been close to $100.00 bucks. Me. Manager, thanks for trying and arguing with is about why we should stay, it really wasn't an issue at that point. We were leaving. Sad sad sad.
