We had a nice waitress and the food was excellent. She was nice and funny I would say it has improved from our previous visit.

On 8/10, my sister and I visited this location while vacationing in Oxford MD. Wasn't completely satisfied with the guacamole on this visit, however the manager responded quickly with a freshly made side of guac, tortillas and salsa, and a free dessert on the house. Staff was friendly. The food we ordered the night before was excellent! Will definitely visit this location again when in town.
I go to this chili's about once a year while I'm in Easton, and I am never disappointed at the quality of food, unlike some other Chili's locations. The staff is very kind, and the restaurant is in excellent condition.
