I had C&K come out to give me a quote on a window that had shattered. They said they'd call me later that day to give me a quote. They did not call me back or follow up until I called them days later. When I talked to the receptionist and expressed my unhappiness that they didn't follow up and couldn't help me she rudely told me I should have called them and then hung up on me. Their rudeness and service was horrible, and I will not be doing business with them again!
