Miller's is a fair and trustworthy family owned towing, mechanic, and body work shop. Used them for tow and mechanic work about a month ago and was extremely satisfied with the prompt service late at night.
When you move from a metro area back to your roots in the country the first thing you need to do, besides sitting down with your bro and having a beer is finding a really great mechanic. This called for renewing friendships with Leroy, whom Brother has known for more than 35 yrs.
Then it was to the guy who does the work, BL - yeah, I know, BL? Trust me, if I told ya you'd owe me dinner. That said he's one of the best and fastest wrenches I've seen in well over 250 miles. Oh yeah, honest to a fault. BL is a good friend, have a beer buddy and mechanic that I'd recommend to my mother if she were still alive. I can't say enough good about BL -- well, I could say more but they're paying me by the minute and time has just run out so go see them, you won't regret it. Okay, just kidding about the last part. I really like BL which is why I give him such a hard time but also because he's one of the best mechanics I've ever found and he will NEVER lie or inflate your bill. I think that's a Shore thing.
Did not have the pleasure of having work performed here, but dealt with Mr. Miller regarding finding my wife's car after a serious accident she was in while in Easton. She spoke with Mr. Miller, who knew where her car was even when the police weren't sure. Mr. Miller was super nice, polite and genuinely concerned about my wife and her injuries. Him even gave her a big hug and wished her well before we left to where her car actually was!! Based off meeting him in person, and his personality, concern for my wife and her car, and the extraordinary politeness of Mr. Miller and the young lady in the office, if I lived in this area, he would be my ONLY choice for body repair.
This is the greatest auto body shop ever! From the beginning quote straight thru to the finished product, everything was handled perfectly. All the communications and work was done with me, the customer, in mind. Their customer service was amazing. They helped me with transportation to and from their shop when i needed help. I can't say enough about the owners and techs. I am so glad I chose Millers.
