So in 2016 everything went as planned but WOW are they expensive.
Now this year after scheduling my appointment for this year last year when I left the office, I got a call on Wed. reminding me of my appointment today. Well here we go again, got there and the appointment was not for today. How can scheduling be so difficult. Was never called or contacted that the appointment changed and told the office manager about it.
I have been going to this practice for three years. The first year I scheduled an appointment, then got a phone call from a person representing this practice that my appointment had to change. So I arrived on the reschedule time and they said I had no appointment. Then three days later got a call asking me where I was for the originally scheduled appointment......total screw up.

Very sad to say the receptionist was very rude to my wife. Will have to go to another dermatologist after two years with them.
Would never go back again. If they cannot schedule appointment right, how can you trust their medical advice......probably just as flawed.....
