When Aaron, Jason:s employee, came out he was very prompt, personable, knowledgeable, accommodating and offered information to help us make a decision on our internet service for our future needs. When it was time for me to give up my 27 year-long love/hate relationship with my AOL account, I was fortunate to have the smart people at Jason’s Computer Services manage the switch to Gmail, provide the necessary training and patiently answer all my questions. Further, the work was reasonably priced and accomplished in a timely fashion with good cheer. I’d like to offer a special “pat on the back” to Aaron. He is a knowledgeable young man who clearly enjoys his work and made what could have been a difficult transition for me just about as seamless as possible. Residents and businesses on the Eastern Shore are fortunate to have these talented professionals in our backyard.
Aaron just finished setting up our new laptop. After explaining everything he did, and how to access all our info, he then answered the few questions we had left. He even downloaded my picture program for me, hooked up our speakers, mouse & printer and showed us how to connect laptop to our dinosaur monitor if we choose to do so. For technology challenged people, he was very helpful, and now we just need to remember all he taught us. Thanks!!

Thank you Jason. Erin was very helpful with the install. Please follow up with Jason McFarland to run hard wire to other room due to no crawl space under office. I will try to contact Mr. McFarland after you next week. I'm sure we will need more help once we start using our new home computer.
