Great staff with excelent knowledge, very prompt and friendly. Worked long and hard to fix all the issues and lies the TMobile store in Dover mall created with my account. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Bernard and Lay!!
I came into the T-Mobile Easton location to have assistance get some assistance with my phone. I was very pleased with the service from the manager Vinny! He and his staff were pleasant and very professional. If you're looking for a T-Mobile store to go to that will provide excellent service go to the Easton location!!!!
Good experience gone horrible. Switched 2 lines to TMobile in Feb. traded 2 phones in from old carrier. Couple days later come to find out no signal in the areas myself and the other phone user work at. Spent a couple days back and forth with corp customer service and tech support making sure I could do everything on my end with no luck. Was told by Corp best thing to do at this point is to port my 2 numbers back to the old carrier and return the phones after. Went to do just that. Get to the store, store manager Thomas spends 45mins roughly on the phone with his store support and DM and no luck cant refund my money due to "system errors". DM asked me to come back 2 days later and he will finish taking care of the refund. 2 days later I return, no DM. Store Manager Thomas says nothing more he can do until his DM does something. Spent a good week hounding this store and its management on getting no update. Not one attempt from store manager on providing updates on the whereabouts of my refund. process went on another week. At this point I had a enough. Sent a email to the BBB. Finally after 4-5 business days BBB responds that they are attempting to reach out to the store as well as TMobile HQ. After all that and finally being assertive still I got a refund for the 2 phones but as it turned out not all of it. The store shorted me $89 (taxes and sim starter kits). Finally got 45 of it back but he stated store manager is waiting on approval of refunding the sims. At this point Im exhausted. Oh forgot to mention, the 2 phones traded in well only got 1 back and the 2nd well "no updates on that just yet" )Store managers favorite line). cut my losses and just go. whole process took a month and a week when it should have taken 1 day!!!!! I wouldn't have had a problem if the Store Manager kept me updated saying hey I'm still trying this is what I'm waiting on ill follow up with you on..... But no I had to take unnecessary time to visit the store a few times, call corp., send emails all to get a refund that should have been no problem in the 1 store visit. A customer should not have to put that much effort in getting a refund for a product that does not work no fault to his own. Nice people that work their but seriously doubt the integrity they have in resolving matters such as this. So I warn you, buy at your own risk!
