Horriable customer service! Went just to get a charger for my new cell phone of 2 months & they sold me one that didn't work! Then said I would have to buy my plan out which by the way was over $500 then purchase a new phone!! WHAT!
Walked into this store and it was under completely new management. Best experience I've had walking into a Verizon store. All the representatives were extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to any one.
