Every time I go to get something printed they act like it's a chore, this time printers were not working. That's not easy!!
This is a fantastic store where I can get help locating whatever I need. Very nicely organized too.
I am done with this place. 20 minutes while copy girl is on the phone not head set, waiting on some man trying to make or send a poster you would of thought she would called for assistance, but I guess that would of been difficult as well. Not the first time this has happened.
Big selection of chairs and desks, school supplies, and technology like tablets and computers. The people are pretty nice, the building's clean, but they have a tech center that was extremely unhelpful in solving an issue with my computer.
Not the best place for service. Some of the salespeople are very knowledgeable while others are only trying to get a big sale. The last time I used the shipping service the person was rude and didn't want to be there let alone deal with the public. They need to really deal with their people skills. We do most shopping online rather than go into the store but at least this store is fairly close if I need to pick up something quick.
